Privacy policy
This policy explains what data Adzilo Network Limited (“Adzilo”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our mobile games, including Pop Toy Match 3D (the “Game”), and this website. It also explains how we use and share that data and the choices you have.
Adzilo Network Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong (company no. 81497492) and is the data controller for the data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

- The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised or your device's advertising ID is used.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers
We use these providers to run the Game. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our agreement with it.
- Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies): anonymous sign-in, cloud save, leaderboards, remote configuration and analytics. Unity privacy policy
- Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform: ads and consent management. Google may share ad requests with its certified ad partners. How Google uses data from apps
- Apple App Store and Google Play: downloads and in-app purchases.
- Cloudflare: hosting for this website and email delivery for our addresses.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our players or of Adzilo, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.
Ads and your choices
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other places where the law requires it, the Game shows a consent message from Google when it first starts. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the Game.
- iOS tracking. On iPhone and iPad we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the advertising ID is used. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- If you say no, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
- Buying VIP or the Manager Bundle in the Game removes banner ads.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running the Game, saving progress, delivering purchases); our legitimate interests (keeping the Game secure, fixing bugs, improving balance with usage data); your consent (personalised ads and, where required, analytics); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records for purchases).
How long we keep data
We keep game and leaderboard data while you keep playing. If the Game has not been opened for 24 months, we may delete the save data linked to that player ID. Analytics data is kept in raw form for up to 13 months and only in aggregate after that. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. Using the consent option above has that effect.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. Because you play without an account, please tell us which device and store you play on, and the player ID if you can see it in the Game, so we can find your data. Deleting the Game from your device removes the data stored on it, but not the copy in cloud save. Ask us if you want that deleted too. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Hong Kong to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
Children
The Game is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the older age set by law where you live). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and transfers
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our providers, who use industry-standard security. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it. Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the Game.
